1. Eligibility — you must be 18+

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher), to access or use TransLuxe AI. This service contains sexually explicit, adults-only material. By creating an account or entering the site you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and that accessing adult content is lawful where you live. We reserve the right to terminate any account we believe belongs to a minor.

2. The service

TransLuxe AI lets you exchange text messages (and, on paid plans, request AI-generated images) with fictional companion characters powered by large language models. The companions are interactive works of fiction. They are not real people, not licensed therapists, and not a substitute for professional advice or human relationships. The service is provided for personal entertainment only.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your password and account secure, and for all activity under your account.
• Provide a valid email address. One person may not maintain multiple accounts to evade limits or bans.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use at our support page.
• You may delete your account and all associated chat history at any time from your account settings.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to generate, request, solicit, or distribute any content that:

• Sexualizes, depicts, or describes minors in any way, or characters presented as under 18. This is an absolute, zero-tolerance rule.
• Depicts non-consensual acts, rape, incest, or bestiality.
• Is otherwise illegal in your jurisdiction, or promotes terrorism, trafficking, or serious harm.
• Attempts to identify, impersonate, or generate sexual content about a real, identifiable person without consent.
• Harasses, threatens, or attempts to extract another user's data.

You also agree not to scrape, reverse-engineer, overload, or attack the service, resell access, or circumvent usage limits, rate limits, the age gate, or payment. We use automated and manual measures to enforce these rules and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate them, without refund.

5. AI & no real persons

Every companion is fictional and computer-generated. No real individual is depicted, referenced, or impersonated. AI output can be inaccurate, offensive, or inconsistent; it does not represent the views of TransLuxe AI. If you sincerely ask a companion whether it is real, it will tell you it is an AI. See our Content Policy for details, including our 18 U.S.C. § 2257 statement.

6. Subscriptions & billing

• Paid plans (Girlfriend and Devoted) are recurring subscriptions billed in advance through our third-party payment processor.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from your account page; access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Charges appear on your statement under a discreet billing descriptor.
• Refunds and cancellation are governed by our Cancellation & Refunds policy.
• Prices may change; we will give notice before a change affects your renewal.

7. Content & intellectual property

The TransLuxe AI name, site, companion designs, and software are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service. Subject to applicable law, you may use AI output generated for you for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment; you may not use it to imply endorsement, or in any way that violates Section 4.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that companion responses will meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TransLuxe AI and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or the Content Policy, or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 7–11) will survive.

11. Governing law & changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [insert governing jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The operating entity is [insert legal entity name and address]. We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date, and continued use after changes means you accept them.
