Cancellation & Refunds
How billing works
- Paid plans (Girlfriend $12.99/mo, Devoted $24.99/mo) are recurring subscriptions, billed in advance via our third-party payment processor.
- Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
- Charges appear under a discreet billing descriptor, for example [insert billing descriptor, e.g. "TLX*TRANSLUXE"].
How to cancel
- Open your account page and go to Billing.
- Click Cancel subscription.
- You'll keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for — no further charges after that.
Your account and chats remain available on the free plan after cancellation, unless you also choose to delete your account.
Refund policy
Because access to digital adult content is granted immediately, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or in the following cases:
- Duplicate or accidental charges — billed twice for the same period.
- Technical failure — you were charged but could not access the paid features and we could not resolve it.
- Unauthorized use — a charge you did not authorize (please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can help quickly).
To request a refund, contact us via the Support page within 14 days of the charge with your account email and the approximate date and amount. We aim to respond within [insert support response time, e.g. 2 business days].
Chargebacks
Please reach out to us first — most billing issues are resolved faster than a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in your account being suspended.
