1. Everything here is fiction

Every companion on TransLuxe AI is a fictional character generated by artificial intelligence. All characters are written and presented as adults aged 18 or older. No real person is depicted, photographed, recorded, impersonated, or referenced, and no human performers are involved in producing any chat or image.

2. What's allowed

Consensual adult sexual themes, explicit language, kinks, and fetishes between fictional adults are welcome. Our companions are designed to be open, uncensored within these rules, and judgment-free.

3. What's strictly prohibited

The following are forbidden, with zero tolerance, regardless of "fictional" framing:

• Minors: any sexualization or depiction of children or anyone presented as under 18, including age-play that frames a participant as a minor. Prohibited absolutely.
• Non-consent: rape, coercion, or any non-consensual sexual scenario presented as real harm.
• Incest and bestiality / zoophilia.
• Real people: sexual content depicting a real, identifiable individual without consent.
• Content that is otherwise illegal, or that promotes trafficking, terrorism, or serious real-world harm.

These limits are enforced in two layers: an automated keyword/intent filter on incoming messages, and persona-level "hard rules" that instruct every companion to refuse and redirect such content in character.

4. Moderation & enforcement

We may screen content with automated tools and review reports manually. Attempts to generate prohibited content may result in blocked messages, and repeated or egregious attempts will lead to account suspension or termination without refund, and may be reported to the appropriate authorities where required by law.

5. 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Exemption Statement

All visual and textual depictions appearing on or generated by TransLuxe AI are entirely fictional and computer-generated. They do not depict any actual human being and were not produced using any real performers.

Because no real human beings are depicted, the content is not "actual sexually explicit conduct" within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2)(A), and the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 do not apply to it. TransLuxe AI nevertheless maintains the policy that all characters are, and must be depicted as, adults aged 18 or older.

6. Reporting a problem

If you believe content on TransLuxe AI violates this policy or the law — for example, you suspect an account belongs to a minor or depicts a real person — report it immediately through our Support page and we will act promptly.
